There are 6 25 question journeyman electrician tests and 6 25 question master, plus final exam for each with 100 questions. Book also has other tests and exams for some maintenance and residential electricians. For whatever reason the time you need to complete the test in this book and actual time at the state exam are different (almost seems like a typo). Its not a big deal but I only realized this after a few tests. In book they give you 3 minutes per each question while the real state exam gives you only 2.4., thats a huge 1 hour difference at final exam. So keep that in mind.......state exam here is 100 question and 4 hours, in this book its 100 questions and says you have 5 hours.

This is an excellent guide book to prepare for the state electrical exam. I see a lot of questions that I saw on the Georgia Non-Restricted Electrical exam years ago. I think the key is to know WHERE to find your answers but also know your general trade knowledge. There is no way possible to memorize the entire code book but it is good practice to use a guide like this in order to get familiar with knowing how to find your answers. Very good book to have on hand.

The book is very good and if you take the time to do the review questions and then analyze how you got to that answer it will definitely help when it comes to the test. But on a fun note the ohms law circle on the front of the book has the wrong formula for finding volts when you have power and resistance. The formula it shows is actually for finding amps. Whoops

I bought this went through all the tests, went over them a second time and passed the Texas journey man test first try. Great resource and I would recommend this book to anyone.

The book is great. But the one star is the code for the online. I put in the code and it gave me the 2014 code test. When I dealt they wish customer service they couldn't get it to work either so they escalated it. After 2 weeks they emailed me back to tell me that the code for the 2014 was the same as the 2017. Unacceptable! The code has most certainly changed! Not cool!

Forget all the rest. This is it! Serious prep questions. It won't teach you anything per se... But if you have a copy of the code and the exam is all that's on your mind, then this is it. Make sure you have the NEC book 2017.

Pretty great book. Bought it for my pops because he needed to study for the exam he loved it.

I was a little worried after the second book, which I liked but it was definitely a middle book. I was worried we would be dragged along and only get a HEA until 95% ...But, nope. It was apparent Goldie couldn't stay away from Jett. And when started trying to win her back - I knew it was only a matter of time.What happened at Rex's? I won't spoil that. And Lot 17? We know who should and will get it ...I enjoyed this series so much and was happy to see at the end that the Author has so many spin offs planned! So fun.Now, I must go discover more about the dark Kace.

This book has all the emotions!Annoyed. Excited. Hopeful. Happy. Sad. Steamy. Hot.You’re going to need to buckle up for this third book of the Bourbon seriesThis book does come together and closes up the first three books nicely.And it leaves you feeling happy and satisfied for Jett & Goldie’s future.It’s a warm happy ending that fills your heart with hope.Excellent series!Now I’m off to start the next book about Kace.

I loved this series, it's like Fifty Shades of Grey but less predictable and Jett Colby seems much hotter than Christian! Especially after Jamie Dornan was chosen as Christian... Anyway, Goldie cracked my s*** up! I swear that she and I share the same whacky personality and sense of humor. I must admit, I kinda routed for Kase through a lot of the series, but I was still happy that Goldie ended up with Jett. But I cannot wait for Kase's story! That's going to need to happen like now! Meghan Quinn is an amazing author and so far every book I've read has made me laugh out loud, thus receiving crazy looks from those around me, oh well.

This was the conclusion to Goldie and Jett's story. And this was an emotional and surprise filled book. It kept you on your toes from the very beginning to the very end.

What a powerful, funny, eventful story! I won't lie, I shed a tear here and there. How could you not??? Whether it was from sadness or bcuz you couldn't figure out how her mind conjured up such phrases LMAO. Jett is life!

The only bad thing about this book is that the trilogy is over. Love Jett and Goldie and found their last book to be some of their best work. This author brings you right into New Orleans with an original storyline and characters you love, not only the main but all of the secondary. Like I said the only bad thing to say is I'm sorry it is over. Welll done Meghan Quinn.

I bought this expecting it to tell me how to use focus first which is the program to get the graphs. Disappointed as I still do not know how to use the program. The information in the book I already knew.

I have been using the Visual Pricing System for a couple of years. It is an excellent tool for helping customers select a good listing price for their property, based on their goals and for buyers to assure themselves that what they are offering is realistic. The pricing process is clearly explained in this book as is the rationale for how to appropriately price real estate based on the unique qualities of each property. I have used this system to help appraisers understand why the offer price for properties listed by clients was appropriate. I highly recommend this book to all real estate professionals.

I'm guilty of it myself. You go to church and you sing those songs, but you don't really pay very close attention to the words that you are singing. It is an all-too-common scenario.But with the songs that are out today (and this is just my opinion so take it as that), the depth of the lyrics only go so deep. Especially when you compare them to the old hymns and really look at the lyrics. There is very rich doctrine in those old classic hymns of so many years ago.Classic Hymns is a book that is part of B&H Publishing's Read & Reflect With the Classics series. It takes 90 of the old hymns that often are lost today and combines them with Scripture and devotional material to make for a very rich personal devotion time.Each chapter is devoted to a specific hymn (90 in total) and at the end, there are 3 or 4 Bible study questions, and 3 or 4 Personal Reflection questions followed by some guidance for prayer based on your studies and reflection time.If you love the old hymns, or maybe have hardly ever heard them before, I would highly encourage you to get a copy of this book. It will either rekindle or give you a new love and appreciation for the old hymns, but more importantly, for the One who these hymns were written about.B&H Publishing provided me a copy of this book in exchange for my open and honest review.

If you are a lover of “Holy, Holy, Holy,” “Love Lifted Me” and the like, this is a volume you will thoroughly enjoy.Now, with that in mind, this is not a book that will reveal the history of the hymn for you. Rather, it is constructed as a devotional. There are 90 Classic Hymns included in the book – three months’ worth of devotionals. Each hymn includes the complete text along with the writers of the words and music. This is followed by three separate devotional sections: Bible Study Questions, Personal Reflection Questions and Prayer.The Bible Study segment suggests you read a Scripture selection which is pertinent to the hymn and then reflect on that Scripture by answering a couple of questions. In general the questions are thought provoking. Personal Reflection focuses on private questions that integrate both the hymn and the Scripture reading. Although some are a bit tacky, for the most part they will demand that you take a little time for contemplation.If you are searching for good devotional material either private or in a group setting such as family, Classic Hymns will be a good resource. It will get you into both the Bible and the hymnal. If you grew up in church you are probably familiar with hymns. When you hear certain hymns you are probably flooded with memories of people, places, and/or events. When I received B & H Publishing’s latest installment of the Read and Reflect series I immediately skimmed the Table of Contents for my favorite hymns. The Letter to the Readers says, “Through the singing of classic hymns we get the opportunity to both praise the God of the universe, and connect with the great cloud of witnesses that have come before us by singing the same words that have been used for generations.” I love that.There are ninety hymns in this particular book. Each hymn acts as its own chapter. Each chapter contains the original author’s name and the name of who wrote the music, the original lyrics of the hymn, Bible study questions about each hymn with a couple of questions about the Bible passage they reference, personal reflection questions and prayer suggestions. One item this book is missing is the story behind each song. I realize from a publishing stand point that would probably add to your page count and the solidarity of the background would differ depending on what resource you used. Thank goodness for Google if you are interested in the story behind the song.This book would be an excellent addition to any Christian’s library (just in time for Christmas). Thank you B & H Publishing for allowing me to review this book in exchange for an honest review.

This book got lost in the shuffle, and I just realized today I had never posted the review..... so here it is, late. There are all kinds of Christian songs/music out there, but I personally feel nothing written today has the depth of the hymns. This book is a devotional using 90 hymns. Each devotional in the book begins with the author and composer of the hymn and its music. That is followed by the lyrics to the hymn, a few Bible study questions, a few personal reflection questions, and a short prayer. As I understand it, this book was written by the Broadman and Holman Editorial staff and edited by Lore Ferguson Wilbert. They did an excellent job on the book. The selection of hymns is very wide and varied, with many I know well and some that are not familiar to me. The Bible study and personal reflection questions are very insightful and geared to make the reader truly think and study, instead of just quickly reading and moving on. It is different from most devotionals in that way. Most have the thoughts of the author or authors, whereas this one has the reader come up with their own thoughts.I found the book to be very well done, and a useful tool to use. It helps draw insight from hymns, and also brings the old hymns back to mind. Classic Hymns is available from Broadman and Holman Publishing.Thanks to Broadman and Holman for the review copy.

I love these calendars. I buy several of them each year for friend forChristmas. It’s become a tradition they look forward to. I buy the cow version for a high school teacher who says her students can’t wait to change it to new month!

For the past several years I've bought the Yoga Dog calendar for my mom for her birthday (she's a yoga instructor). They're always cute and fun and it's perfect for her to keep in her yoga studio for keeping track of her class schedule. She loves it and it's something she looks forward to every year. It never disappoints.
