I purchased this for preparing families for baptism and plan to give it as a gift when I pray with families at the birth or adoption of their child. It is replacing the Westerhoff book we used to use, which is now out of print (or at least I couldn't find it anywhere). It is also appropriate for families who are new to the Episcopal church and have not yet been baptized, as it does a great job explaining everything in a way that is easily understandable.
I was looking for something to give an adult for baptism prep, but this didn't fill the bill for him or me.
